Series I Dust Collectors Series I Dust Collectors are a compact footprint cartridge collector with a 25% smaller housing designed for the most demanding thermal spray applications. The Series I Collectors use a high velocity backflushing technology. Unlike many downflow collectors, these employ a unique baffled plenum which causes a sudden decrease in airflow velocity and direction before the dirty air enters the filter cartridge. The Series I Collectors come designed with many pre- engineered options such as the fan, fan silencer, and damper for ease of installation and expense. Series II Dust Collectors Series II Dust Collectors are a compact footprint cartridge designed for high- performance and ease of maintenance. The Series II Collectors use a downward airflow technology for the most efficient operation. The modular design allows for accommodation of space constraints, such as limited floor space or low ceiling height. Front filter loading means filters can be changed easily and quickly, away from the collected waste. The Series II Collectors are supplied with flame-retardent filters.
